Dear Professional:

I am seriously considering a two and a half day face to face intensive course on the real nuts and bolts of doing asset protection plans.  We will roll up our sleeves and get down and dirty. The course would be small, in Southern California, Las Vegas or New York.  It would be intense and use real documents.  You would have 20 to 30 hours of homework before the course.  Everybody who completes it will received the CBR (certified by rob!) designation and be a member of the CBR club (it’s a little joke among the few people I have mentored but we do stick together).  If you are an estate planner you will learn how to integrate asset protection planning into your practice both to better help your existing clients and boost your income.  It is a natural win win situation.  You will leave with the key forms in word format as well as introductions (we will do it on the phone as a group) with the key service providers you will need to actually do plans.  The group will be small and limited to professionals.

If you are an estate planner there is an added bonus.  By the end of 2009 I want to have estate planners in all 50 states who are familiar with my form of Kinetic Asset Protection planning.  I refer out a lot of estate planning work and I intent to start limiting my referrals to my CBR group!
